“ Lauren is amazing. Im a district manager for a hospitality business, so I know exceptional customer service when I see it, and Lauren is a fine example of that. I sat in an area where I could see all her interactions and the way she helped each person with the menu was so heartfelt. She truly went out of her way with each customer after my husband and I. When we approached the counter, she was brain storming with other team members, and myself intrigued, I asked what did she have to loose, she may have figure out a new way of cleaning an appliance! Her customer service and problem solvingteam building is superb and not something that should be taken lightly. A true gem behind your counter. Lauren, keep up the great work! Youre guests DO appreciate YOU! ”
“ I love this place. Its like an old style coffee shop atmosphere where folks get a drink and do some work on their laptop. They even have quite a few tables and chairs outside with umbrellas for shade and folks are starting to sit there now that the heat has broken a bit. Their bagels are the best and I have tried bagels everywhere as I am a bit of a connoisseur of bagels. Their food of sandwiches and soups is also the best. Very tasty. I love the cold drinks and especially the sweet sour combination of taste. I usually mix several different drinks together so their selection of 6 different items of their own concoction turns out to be at least 12 different flavors. ”
“ Their cold sandwiches are fabulous, I love their chili. It is selfservice food pickup with counter order and pay upfront. Having waitstaff could, IMHO really bump the place to a much higher level, but that is not in the current business model. Maybe they could consider it in the future. ”

“ My mommy loves this location. The food is always good and fresh. The place is always clean of course some people leave messes on the tables but that cant be helped. The employees usually clean up within a short time. The customer service is good but sometimes there is a bit of a line, especially at lunch time, even when they have multiple registers open. There is free wifi and you never feel rushed to leave. They do have an outside seating area as well. ”
